Accru Partners Norway: One Year of Growth and Collaboration
Reflecting on the journey with Country CEO Morten Ibrekk
It’s been one year since Accru Partners officially entered the Norwegian market. From the first partnerships signed in 2024 to a growing local team and expanding presence across the country, Accru Partners Norway has made remarkable progress in just twelve months.
We started with a clear vision: to build a strong, trusted network of audit, accounting and advisory firms that combine local expertise with the strength of a larger network. Looking back, I’m proud of how far we’ve come – but even more excited about where we’re heading.

Building a national presence
In its first year, Accru Partners Norway has grown to include twelve firms across the country. Together, they represent deep local knowledge, a commitment to quality, and a shared belief in doing business the right way.
The group has also grown its local support team in Norway to five, now including a dedicated compliance specialist and a business development lead. The team also collaborates closely with Accru’s regional hubs in Sweden, Denmark, and the UK to share expertise, align systems, and strengthen cross-border collaboration.
A focus on people and partnership
According to Morten, the key to success has been relationships. ”Norway’s professional services market is built on trust and long-term partnerships. We’ve been very deliberate about choosing firms that not only perform well, but also share our values of openness, collaboration, and ambition,” he says.
Looking ahead: innovation and growth
As the Norwegian business landscape evolves, Accru Partners sees major opportunities in training, compliance, automation and AI, and developing stronger platforms for collaboration and scalability.
In the coming year, we’ll continue to invest in both technology and people, helping our firms grow, attract talent, and deliver even greater value to clients, But the most exciting development is the organic collaboration that has emerged from the alliance and seeing great companies starting to work together. My ambition is to create the right conditions for these already outstanding firms to become even better, We truly mean it when we say our firms should remain autonomous. We’re convinced we’ve partnered with the very best and we know they’ll continue to thrive in the years ahead.
To mark its one-year anniversary, Accru Partners Norway has welcomed four new firms to the group, with more to come.

- Bøhn Regnskap – an accounting, payroll and tax firm based in Åkrehamn.
- Easy Accounting: an accounting service firm based in Oslo.
- Henka Revisjon: an audit and advisory services firm offices in Sandefjord and Larvik.
