At Accru Partners, we are building something different. Since our launch, we have quickly established ourselves in Sweden, Denmark, and the UK—and now we are proud to officially announce our presence in Norway.

Our journey in Norway began in Q4 2024, when Morten Ibrekk joined as Country CEO. With a background from Bain & Company and Hurtigruten, Morten brought deep experience in strategy, leadership, and scaling ambitious businesses. Under his leadership, Accru Partners Norway was established and has already taken significant steps forward.

In just a few months, we have partnered with six outstanding Norwegian firms that each bring deep expertise and strong local roots:

• iRegnskap – a modern accounting firm based in Molde
• K-Team – a full-service firm in Bærum
• Re-visjon – an audit firm from Fredrikstad
• Enter Revisjon – an audit firm based in Tønsberg
• OM Regnskap – an accounting and advisory partner from Karmøy
• ECOVIS Norway – a specialist in cross-border CFO services, supporting international companies entering the Norwegian market

In addition, we have signed letters of intent with five more high-quality firms across the country, further deepening our footprint and capabilities.

To support this rapid growth, we’ve assembled a local team of four exceptional people—soon to be five—working closely with our broader platform across the Nordics and the UK. Together, we are building a national group that can offer high-quality financial services with the responsiveness and personal touch of a local partner.
