Accru Partners France sets up a Compliance & Quality Department and appoints Isabelle Jontef to lead it

Paris, September 23, 2026 – Accru Partners France announces the appointment of Isabelle Jontef as Compliance & Quality Director. This newly created position marks a new milestone in the development of Accru Partners in France and reflects the group’s ambition to become a lasting benchmark for professional excellence, governance and quality within the regulated accounting and audit professions. 

This appointment is part of Accru Partners’ long-term strategy to combine the entrepreneurial autonomy of its partner firms with a shared foundation of rigor, quality and compliance at the European level. Isabelle Jontef reports to Laurent Salanié, CEO France of Accru Partners, as well as to Therese Andersson, Head of Risk & Compliance and Head of Sustainability for the group. 

A career spanning audit and profession oversight 

In her role, Isabelle Jontef leads the strengthening of quality, compliance and risk management standards across the Accru Partners France network. She supports partner firms in implementing a common framework designed to secure their practices and support their growth in an increasingly demanding regulatory environment. In particular, she ensures the network’s alignment with the expectations of French supervisory authorities and professional bodies. 

Before joining Accru Partners France, Isabelle Jontef spent more than six years in oversight roles at the Haut Conseil du Commissariat aux Comptes (H3C), now the Haute Autorité de l’Audit (H2A), where she contributed to assessing the quality and compliance frameworks of audit firms. This experience gave her an in-depth understanding of French and European regulatory expectations as well as professional governance best practices. She previously spent nearly nine years at Deloitte, where she led numerous statutory audit, risk analysis and internal control engagements for leading companies and public organizations. 

A graduate of the Master 2 in Audit, Control and Public Management from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, she supplemented her expertise with a certificate in sustainability auditing from Dauphine Executive Education. 

In the accounting professions, growth is only meaningful if it comes with a strong culture of quality, independence and accountability. This is, moreover, a key expectation of the firms that choose to join Accru Partners. We do not see quality and compliance as issues to be addressed once growth has been achieved. We want to embed them from the very foundation of our platform. Isabelle’s experience, both within a firm and within the supervisory authority, will be instrumental in supporting our partners in this effort and in helping establish Accru Partners as a recognized benchmark for quality, professionalism and governance.

What convinced me about the Accru Partners project is the ambition to build a strong group without sacrificing the identity and autonomy of its partner firms. The challenge will be to establish common standards that are demanding enough to support the group’s growth, while staying closely attuned to the operational reality of the firms.
