Accru Partners is entering the French market through a partnership with SEFAC-SMA, an independent accounting and audit firm based in Paris. The partnership marks Accru’s first acquisition in France and brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to professional excellence, local autonomy and long-term client relationships.

A respected firm with strong local roots

Founded in 1983, SEFAC-SMA has established itself as a respected firm in the Paris market. Today, the firm has nearly 50 professionals and annual revenue of approximately €8 million.

Audit remains at the heart of SEFAC-SMA’s business, complemented by recognised expertise in complex assignments such as mergers, contributions and fiduciary engagements. The firm is also distinguished by its high professional standards, long-standing client relationships and a culture that places people at the centre of its work.

These qualities closely align with Accru Partners’ belief that successful firms should retain their identity, leadership and entrepreneurial spirit while gaining access to the resources and expertise of a larger international group.

Growing without compromising what matters

Accru Partners today brings together almost 80 firms and more than 1,800 professionals across Europe, serving over 60,000 clients and generating close to €300 million in combined revenue.
